Hesap silme

Word Caravan (geliştirici: atess.dev) hesabını ve oyundaki tüm verilerini silebilirsin.

Oyunun içinden (önerilen)

1. Oyunu aç, sağ üstteki Ayarlar düğmesine dokun.
2. Aşağıda Hesap bölümünde Hesabı sil'e dokun.
3. Onay için istenen kelimeyi yazıp silmeyi onayla.

Hesap hemen silinir ve oyun yeni, boş bir misafir hesapla devam eder.

Oyuna erişemiyorsan

support@atess.dev adresine "Word Caravan hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Rumuzunu ve mümkünse oyundaki Profil sayfasında görünen kimliği yaz. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.

Neler silinir

• Hesap, cihaz ve bağlı Apple/Google kimliği bağlantıları
• Rumuz, avatar, il seçimi; tüm ilerleme, altın, tuğla, temalar, Kelime Defteri
• Liderlik tablosu ve lig kayıtları, günlük bulmaca serisi, Kervan Bileti ilerlemesi
• Bildirim (şikâyet) kayıtları ve sunucudaki satın alma doğrulama kopyaları

Neler kalır

• Satın alma ve abonelik işlem kayıtları Apple veya Google'da, onların politikalarına göre tutulur. Hesabını silmek Kervan Kulübü aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliği mağaza hesap ayarlarından iptal etmelisin.
• Sunucu güvenlik kayıtları (IP adresi, istek zamanı) en fazla 30 gün tutulur. Silinen veriler veritabanı yedeklerinden de en fazla 14 gün içinde döngüsel olarak çıkar.

Account deletion

You can delete your Word Caravan account (developer: atess.dev) and all of your game data.

In the game (recommended)

1. Open the game and tap Settings at the top right.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation word and confirm.

The account is deleted right away and the game continues with a new, empty guest account.

If you cannot open the game

Email support@atess.dev with the subject "Word Caravan account deletion", including your nickname. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, linked device and Apple/Google sign-ins, nickname, avatar, province, all progress, gold, bricks, themes and notebook, leaderboard and league records, daily streak, Caravan Pass progress, reports, and the server's copies of purchase validations.

What is kept

Purchase and subscription records are kept by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a Caravan Club subscription; cancel it in your store account settings. Server security logs (IP address, request time) are kept for at most 30 days, and deleted data leaves the rolling database backups within 14 days.
