İlerlememi yeni telefona nasıl taşırım? / Moving to a new phone
Oyunda Ayarlar → Hesap → Google ile bağla (iPhone'da Apple ile de bağlayabilirsin). Yeni telefonda aynı düğmeye basıp aynı hesabı seçince önceki ilerlemen bulunur ve yüklenir.
In the game: Settings → Account → Link with Google (or Apple on iPhone). On the new phone, tap the same button and choose the same account: your earlier progress is found and loaded.
Satın aldıklarım görünmüyor / My purchases are missing
Oyunda Mağaza → Satın alımları geri yükle. Satın aldığın App Store veya Google Play hesabıyla oturum açık olmalı.
In the game: Shop → Restore purchases, signed in to the App Store or Google Play account you bought with.
Kervan Kulübü aboneliğini nasıl iptal ederim? / Cancelling Caravan Club
iPhone/iPad: Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler. Android: Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler. Ya da oyunda: Mağaza → Aboneliği yönet. Avantajlar ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. Hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Or in the game: Shop → Manage subscription. Benefits last until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
